Scientific Games plans new credit facility with notes redemption

New York, March 4 – Scientific Games Corp. plans on getting a new senior secured credit facility as a condition to the proposed redemption of some outstanding notes and intention to refinance its existing senior secured credit facilities, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

The redemption and refinancing are also conditioned on the completion of the company’s sale of Scientific Games Lottery to Brookfield Business Partners LP.

The notes that are potentially being redeemed include the company’s 5% senior secured notes due 2025, 3 3/8% senior secured euro notes due 2026, 5½% senior euro notes due 2026 and 8¼% senior notes due 2026.

Scientific Games is a Las Vegas-based gaming technology company.
