Schieder Moebel to start roadshow for €145 million seven-year deal

St. Louis, July 1 - Schieder Moebel Holding GmbH will begin a roadshow this week for its €145 million offering of seven-year senior subordinated notes, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected to take place late this week or early next week.

Citigroup and WestLB are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined and proceeds will be used to repay debt.

Schieder Moebel is a Herford, Germany, furniture company.
