By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Dec. 20 - Price talk on ACIH Inc.'s (Atrium holding company) $125 million proceeds offering of eight-year senior discount notes (B3/CCC+) emerged Tuesday at 11% to 11¼%, according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected early Tuesday afternoon.

UBS Investment Bank and Citigroup have the books for the Rule 144A for life offering.

The notes will be non-callable for three years and will have a zero coupon for the first three years.

The company is also obtaining a $375 million credit facility.

Proceeds will be used to partially fund the refinancing of the company.

The prospective issuer is a Dallas-based manufacturer of aluminum and vinyl residential windows.
