Atrium to start roadshow Tuesday for $125 million eight-year discount notes

St. Louis, Dec. 13 - ACIH Inc., holding company for Atrium Cos., will begin a roadshow Tuesday for a $125 million proceeds offering of eight-year senior discount notes (B3/CCC+), according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected late in the present week or early in the week of Dec. 20.

UBS Investment Bank and Citigroup are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A for life offering.

The notes will come with a three-year zero coupon and three years of call protection.

The company also plans to obtain a $375 million credit facility.

Proceeds will be used to fund the company's refinancing.

The company is a Dallas-based manufacturer of aluminum and vinyl residential windows.
