SBAB Bank to repurchase SEK 775 million notes from three series

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 20 – SBAB Bank AB will complete an early repurchase of SEK 775 million of notes from three series, according to a notice.

On Monday, the company will repurchase SEK 309 million of floating-rate notes due Nov. 20 (ISIN: XS0856653083), SEK 307 million of floating-rate notes due Oct. 1 (ISIN: XS0836246123) and SEK 159 million of notes due Sept. 28 (ISIN: XS0909746025). After the buyback, SEK 191 million, SEK 1,057,000,000 and SEK 989 million will remain outstanding of the notes respectively.
