SBAB Bank repurchases SEK 789 million of floating-rate notes due 2014

Norfolk, Va., June 25 – SBAB Bank AB repurchased SEK 789 million of its series 592 floating-rate notes due July 21, 2014, according to a notice.

The notes (ISIN: XS0734170078) were redeemed on June 23. Following the transaction, SEK 907 million balance remains outstanding.

SBAB Bank is a Stockholm-based provider of loans and savings services.
