SBAB Bank repurchases SEK 518 million of series 002, 548 notes

Minneapolis, Dec. 29 - SBAB Bank repurchased SEK 500 million of its series 002 notes and SEK 18 million of its series 548 notes, according to a news release.

The series 002 notes (ISIN: XS0414943877), which are due Jan. 18, 2012, were redeemed on Dec. 23. Following the transaction, SEK 1,111,000,000 of the balance remains.

The series 548 notes (ISIN: XS0491432737), which are due March 2, 2012, were redeemed on Dec. 28. Following the transaction, SEK 854 million million of the balance remains.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
