Saudi Arabia's Sabic sets roadshow for dollar notes, taps four leads

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Sept. 19 - Saudi Arabia's Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (Sabic) has mandated four leads for a roadshow to market a dollar-denominated issue of notes, a market source said.

Citigroup, HSBC, Mizuho Securities and RBS are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The roadshow will be held from Sept. 22 to Sept. 25 in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Sabic is a Riyadh-based manufacturer of chemicals, fertilizers, plastics and metals.
