Atlanta, Dec. 6 - Atna Resources Ltd. said Monday it wrapped up a private placement for C$4.004 million.
The offering was closed with an over-allotment option for 3.64 million units for a total of 7.28 million units at C$0.55. The units consist of one share and one half-share warrant. The warrants allow for an additional share at C$0.70 for one year.
Canaccord Capital Corp. was the placement agent in the deal.
Atna, based in Vancouver, B.C., is a gold exploration company. The company plans to use the proceeds for the exploration and development of its properties and for general working capital.
