Sanra Software holders OK possible $27.5 million convertibles issue

Des Moines, Jan. 8 - Sanra Software Ltd. shareholders approved an issue of global depositary receipts, American depositary receipts, foreign currency convertible bonds or other securities for up to $27.5 million.

The shareholders approved the offering at a general meeting on Jan. 2.

Sanra is a Channai, India-based media technology company.
