Sanofi to redeem €850 million 0% notes due 2022 on Feb. 21

Concord, N.H., Jan. 21 – Sanofi intends to redeem €850 million 0% notes due March 21, 2022 (ISIN: FR0013409836), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 21 and delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on that date.

Sanofi is a Paris-based biopharmaceutical company.
