Sankaty Advisors expects to bring collateralized loan obligation deal

Tupelo, Miss., May 31 - Sankaty Advisors LLC is expected to bring a collateralized loan obligation offering of notes in early June, according to a market source.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.

Boston-based Sankaty Advisors is the credit investment unit of Bain Capital LLC.
