New Issue: Citigroup sells $7.71 million 12% ELKS linked to SanDisk

Chicago, Jan. 12 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $7.71 million of 12% Equity LinKed Securities due July 13, 2010 based on the performance of SanDisk Corp. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 unless SanDisk stock falls by 40% or more during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive a number of SanDisk shares equal to $10.00 divided by the initial share price.

Citigroup Global Markets is the underwriter.
