New Issue: San Diego Regional Building prices $105.07 million of refunding bonds

New York, Feb. 5 – The San Diego Regional Building Authority sold $105.07 million of series 2016A lease revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (AA+) were sold through Barclays.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with 3% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2009A lease revenue bonds.
