S&P rates San Diego Transportation bonds AAA/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA/A-1+ rating to San Diego County Regional Transportation Commission, Calif.'s $300 million of series 2008A and 2008B sales tax revenue bonds and $300 million of series 2008C and 2008D sales tax revenue bonds.

S&P also said it affirmed the AAA rating and underlying rating on the commission's outstanding sales tax revenue bonds.

The outlook is stable.
