Atlas Energy to redeem $600 million 10¾%, 12 1/8% senior notes

Cleveland, Feb. 22 - Atlas Energy Operating Co., LLC announced that it will redeem its $200 million of 12 1/8% senior notes due Aug. 1, 2017 and $400 million of 10¾% senior notes due Feb. 1, 2018.

The notes will be redeemed on March 21. The 12 1/8% notes will be redeemed at 130.378 plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date. The 10¾% notes will be redeemed at 122.693 plus accrued interest.

U.S. Bank, NA is the redemption agent.

Atlas Energy is a Moon Township, Pa., company focused on the development and production of natural gas and, to a lesser extent, oil, principally in the Appalachian Basin.
