Salem County Pollution Control, N.J., to price $118.87 million of debt

New York, April 7 - The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Salem County, N.J., is expected to price $118,865,000 of series 2014 pollution control revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $113.64 million of series 2014A AMT revenue refunding bonds and $5,225,000 of series 2014B taxable pollution control revenue bonds.

The bonds will be sold through lead manager Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The maturities for the 2014A bonds have not been set. The 2014B bonds are due Dec. 1, 2019.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 1991 New Jersey Economic Development Authority revenue bonds.
