Sagres to redeem all floating-rate securitization notes due 2060

Olympia, Wash., July 25 – Sagres Sociedade de Titularizacao de Creditos, SA intends to redeem early all of its floating-rate securitization notes due 2060, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Aug. 21 at par plus accrued interest:

• €1,441,500,000 class A mortgage-backed floating-rate securitization notes;

• €27.75 million class B mortgage-backed floating-rate securitization notes;

• €16.5 million class C mortgage-backed floating-rate securitization notes;

• €14.25 million class D mortgage-backed floating-rate securitization notes;

• €13.5 million class E floating-rate securitization notes; and

• €1,251,000 class F residual interest securitization notes.

Lisbon-based Sagres Sociedade de Titularizacao de Creditos is a special-purpose vehicle established to issue asset-backed securities.
