Ryder System intends to issue medium-term notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 25 – Ryder System, Inc. intends to price medium-term notes, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call until one month prior to maturity and then a par call.

Lloyds Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The notes will price and settle in February.

Ryder System is a Miami-based truck rental and fleet management company.
