Ryder System to price medium-term notes via four bookrunners

Eureka Springs, Ark., Nov. 1 – Ryder System, Inc. plans to price fixed-rate medium-term notes, according to a 424B5 filing on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

Ryder System is a Miami-based truck rental and fleet management company.
