Ryder System plans to price offering of medium-term notes

Los Angeles, Oct. 30 – Ryder System, Inc. is offering medium-term notes (Cusip: 78355HKX6), according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call option and then a par call option. The notes will also be putable if a change-of-control triggering event occurs.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Truist Securities, Inc. are joint bookrunners for the offering.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP will act as counsel to the issuer, and in-house counsel will handle matters relating to Florida law. Mayer Brown LLP will act as counsel for the underwriters.

Ryder System is a Miami-based truck rental and fleet management company.
