New Issue: Russian Standard Bank upsized $150 million three-year notes yield 8¾%

St. Louis, April 2 - Russian Standard Bank priced an upsized issue of $150 million of three-year senior unsecured notes (Ba3/B) Friday at par to yield 8¾%, according to a market source.
Price talk was 8¾% to 8 7/8%.
Barclays Capital and Citigroup ran the books on the Regulation S issue.
