Moody's: Gazprom, Russian Railways outlook positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook of OJSC Gazprom and Russian Railways to positive from stable reflecting the upgrade of the Russian Federation to Baa1 with a positive outlook. The A3 ratings are not affected.
