S&P rates Capital Trust Agency, Fla., bonds AAA/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA/A-1+ rating to Capital Trust Agency, Fla.'s $145 million of variable-rate demand housing revenue refunding bonds, series 2008A and A-T, issued on behalf of Atlantic Housing Foundation Inc., Texas.

The rating reflects an unconditional and irrevocable direct-pay credit facility from Fannie Mae.
