New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $15.83 million trigger jump securities on Russell, iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, Nov. 28 - Morgan Stanley priced $15.83 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Nov. 25, 2015 linked to the Russell 3000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any basket gain and the upside payment of 23.5%.

If the basket falls but finishes above the 65% downside threshold level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to losses.
