New Issue: Barclays prices $23.63 million Accelerated Return Notes on Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $23.63 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due March 26, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 12.05%. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
