JPMorgan eyes dual directional buffered return enhanced notes on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price uncapped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 26, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.075 times the lesser performing underlying return if both underliers finish above their initial values.
If either index declines, but not more than 15%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the lesser performing underlier.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the worst performer beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 22.
The Cusip number is 48132HTT9.
