GS Finance plans autocallable index-linked notes on Russell, Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 25 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Nov. 4, 2024 tied to the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an 10.5% annualized premium if both indexes close at or above their initial index levels on any quarterly observation date.
If both indexes finish at or above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 52.5%.
If either index falls but neither falls by more than 45%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the agent.
The notes will price on Oct. 28.
The Cusip number is 40056XFZ4.
