Credit Suisse plans digital barrier notes linked to S&P 500, Russell

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital barrier notes due Dec. 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its knock-in level, 67.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 6.75% and will be set at pricing. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Oct. 31.

The Cusip number is 22551N3H7.
