New Issue: Citigroup sells $5.16 million buffered autocalls on Russell

Chicago, Oct. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.16 million of 0% buffered autocallable securities due Sept. 26, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

After one year, the notes will be called at par plus an 8.5% annual premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.

If the notes are not called and the index has not declined, the payout at maturity will be par plus 42.5%. If the index falls by up to 25% of its initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index beyond 25%.
