New Issue: Barclays prices $4.96 million trigger callable contingent yield notes on indexes

Chicago, Sept. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.96 million of trigger callable contingent yield notes due Aug. 9, 2024 tied to the least performing of the MSCI EAFE index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a quarterly contingent coupon at an annualized rate of 8.05% per year if the worst performing index closes above its 70% coupon barrier level.

The notes may be called at par plus any coupon due on any quarterly observation date except the final one.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any contingent coupon due if each index closes above its 60% downside threshold.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the least performing index.

Barclays and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
