New Issue: Citigroup sells $4.65 million equity-linked securities on index, ETF

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.65 million of autocallable equity-linked securities due Dec. 29, 2020 tied to the least performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes carry a coupon of 5.1% per year, payable monthly.
If the final level of each asset is at least as great as 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worst-performing asset beyond 20%.
