New Issue: Citigroup prices $120,000 buffered digital securities on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $120,000 of 0% buffered digital securities due Aug. 4, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the laggard index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 13%.

If the laggard index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the laggard index beyond 25%.
