New Issue: JPMorgan sells $579,000 notes due 2024 tied to basket of three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $579,000 of notes due July 31, 2024 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, each with a 33.33% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the basket, subject to a minimum payout of 90% of par.
