New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $442,000 buffered PLUS linked to indexes

Tacoma, Wash., July 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $761,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 28, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P MidCap 400 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 45%. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
