New Issue: Citigroup prices $661,000 market-linked notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, June 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced 661,000 of 0% market-linked notes due June 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level of the worse performing index is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, capped at par plus 27%.

If the final level of the worse performing index is less than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be par plus the return, with full exposure to losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
