New Issue: GS Finance prices $600,000 autocallables linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., May 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $600,000 of 0% autocallable notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 8.1% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.

If the notes are not called and the final level of each index is greater than or equal to 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 40.5%.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to 60% of its initial level but the final level of either index is less than 80% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level of either index is less than 60% of its initial level, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.
