New Issue: Barclays prices $377,000 annual autocallables on S&P, Russell indexes

Knoxville, Tenn., May 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $377,000 of 0% annual autocallable notes due April 30, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 10.25% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on April 30, 2020, April 30, 2021, May 2, 2022, May 1, 2023 or April 25, 2024.
If the notes are not called and the final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the notes will be called. If the lesser-performing index falls but finishes at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.
