Barclays plans five-year buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Russell

Olympia, Wash., May 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on May 28.
The Cusip number is 06747MT63.
