New Issue: Barclays prices $1.52 million phoenix autocallables tied to S&P, Russell, Dow

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, May 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.52 million of phoenix autocallable notes due Feb. 9, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 6.2% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any observation date beginning with the second observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon unless any index finishes below its 70% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines.

Barclays is the agent.
