New Issue: Citigroup prices $3 million trigger callable yield notes linked to three indexes

Olympia, Wash., May 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3 million of 6.3% trigger callable yield notes due May 6, 2021 linked to the least performing of the MSCI Emerging Markets index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes are callable at par on any quarterly call date.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless any index finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
