New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.57 million buffered return enhanced notes linked to basket

Tacoma, Wash., April 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.57 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 30, 2020 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 42% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 25% weigh, the Russell 2000 index with an 18% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund with a 15% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 12.25%. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 10%.
