New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.05 million PLUS linked to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., April 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.05 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 5, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the gain, capped at $11.55 per PLUS. Investors will be fully exposed to losses.
