New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.5 million contingent coupon autocalls on index, ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.5 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity linked securities due April 21, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 8% if each asset closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be called at par if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly determination date after one year.
