Olympia, Wash., April 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $257,000 of 0% notes due March 28, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the Russell 2000 index and Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.07 times the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
