New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.17 million autocallable securities on S&P, Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., March 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.17 million of 0% autocallable securities due March 4, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual premium of 10% if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index from its initial level.
