Morgantown, W.Va., March 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $116,000 of 0% notes due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket of the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times any basket gain. If the basket finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
