Barclays Bank plans to price PLUS due 2020 linked to the Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, March 14 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 6, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, up to a maximum of at least 115.55% if par. The final maximum will be set at pricing.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.

The notes will price March 29.

The Cusip number is 06746Y176.
