Credit Suisse to price 6.9% autocallable yield notes on S&P, Russell
By Sarah Lizee
Olympia, Wash., March 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 6.9% autocallable yield notes due June 22, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above 105% of its initial level on any of three trigger observation dates: Sept. 17, 2019, Dec. 17, 2019 and March 17, 2020.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any underlying index ever closes below its 70% knock-in level on any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on March 15.
The Cusip number is 22552F2F8.
