JPMorgan plans three-year capped trigger gears linked to Russell 2000

Olympia, Wash., March 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped trigger gears due March 31, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 2 times any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 28.85% to 31.85%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below its 75% downside threshold level.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
The notes will price March 26.
The Cusip number is 48130X356.
